100% Gas Leakage Testing for Gas Valves. Every gas valve undergoes 100% in-house gas leakage testing before shipment in accordance with applicable quality and safety requirements. 80% In-House Component Manufacturing. With approximately 80% of component parts manufactured in-house, Alpha Brass Controls maintains greater control over critical processes, component quality, production consistency and cost efficiency, supporting reliable supply and competitive manufacturing for our customers.

Automated Production & Inspection Systems. We continue to introduce advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment, including European-made automated gas leakage testing systems, in-line temperature setting and testing equipment, automated valve assembly lines and customized inspection systems to improve production consistency, efficiency and quality control.
