● High-efficiency burner design provides improved heating performance compared with conventional Chinese wok ranges. Under specified test conditions, 5 kg of cold water can be brought to a boil in approximately 1 minute 20 seconds, compared with approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds for a conventional unit.
● Replaceable corrugated burner component helps reduce maintenance and replacement costs. The corrugated burner design has been granted invention and utility-model patents in Taiwan and China; U.S. patent is in process.
● Gas flow capacity corresponds to a heat input range of 14–58 kW.
● Low-emission combustion design; measured carbon monoxide (CO) concentration can be as low as 0.002% under specified test conditions.
● Ionization flame-sensing protection continuously monitors the flame. If no flame signal is detected, the electronic controller shuts off the gas supply to help prevent the accumulation of unburned gas.
