Tandoor Oven Solution

The tandoor may have originated in Rajasthan, India. The structure of the Tandoor is in a curved cylindrical shape and uses wood or charcoal as fuel, and can reach temperatures as high as 450 to 900 degrees Celsius.
Once the oven is heated to a high temperature, its shape effectively retains the heat in the oven, ensuring that the cooked bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and meat and root vegetables are succulent.
